Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Orange, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

Easy parking, but getting into the office building for dinner can be a pain, because their office entrance door on the left side of the building stays open with a piece of cardboard (my wife was stuck outside until someone opened the door for her because the door closed all the way). The food was good, but they felt a bit understaffed on their service on a Monday night. Food- 4.5 stars pork buns- I wouldn't order this again. There's no char on the pork belly, so it just felt too moist with no crisp fried chicken- this was really good. will definitely reorder. Perfect batter and came out piping hot crispy rice with spicy tuna- this was good. pretty standard tonkatsu ramen- everything was good here. plenty of flavor in the broth vegan ramen- pretty good as well, and a lighter option compared to the tonkatsu Service- 4 stars The servers seemed a bit understaffed. Food came out relatively quickly, but did have to fetch for service on adding orders and refilling water. The office entrance door was a nuisance during dinner service (after office hours) because we got unlucky with their piece of cardboard not holding the door Bottom Line Solid ramen spot but service and logistics ca

Finally got around to trying this place. We came around 7:30pm on a tuesday night and it was packed. We waited around 45 minute for party of 3, I can't imagine how it is on the weekend. Ordered the tonkotsu ramen and it was delicious. This is one of few noodle restaurants be it vietnamese, thai or chinese that the broth is actually hot. You need to blow on it hot, exactly how I want my ramen so that it can cook the scallions, bean sprouts and whatever else you put in. Most noodles shop the broth is not hot enough for my liking but this place exceeded my expectations. The broth is rich and well seasoned. It's definitely one of the better ramen I've had in awhile. Craft is in the name so you're paying for it, almost 20 dollar a bowl. Definitely worth it to try it at least once.

This place was very accommodating. They allowed us to dine in w/ our party of 5 at 9:40pm when they were closing at 10pm. They even allowed us to stay until about 10:20-10:30pm w/o making us feel rushed. We felt a little guilty for that and left to not keep them waiting. The food was amazing and the ambiance was great. A little difficult to find this place as it’s inside a business type looking building. The ramen was decorous and filling. Had to take it to go. Vegan Ramen: 4.5/5

HiroNori Craft Ramen House is, without a doubt, one of the best ramen spots around. Tucked away inside a corporate office, this hidden gem can be tricky to find, but the experience is absolutely worth the effort. While the location may be unassuming, the quality of the food speaks volumes. Parking is limited, and seating inside the restaurant is sparse, so it’s important to plan ahead. Because of this, many visitors opt for takeout, which is an excellent way to enjoy their offerings without worrying about space. Despite these logistical challenges, the flavors here make it all worthwhile. The ramen itself is carefully crafted, with rich, savory broths and perfectly cooked noodles that leave a lasting impression. Every bowl is thoughtfully prepared, showcasing attention to detail and dedication to quality ingredients. Whether you’re a ramen enthusiast or just looking for a satisfying meal, HiroNori delivers an experience that goes beyond ordinary fast-casual dining. For convenience and comfort, getting your order to-go is highly recommended. It allows you to enjoy their incredible ramen anywhere, making this small, hard-to-find spot a must-visit destination for anyone who appreci

It’s hidden and tucked inside an office building, you’ll find the entrance on the side of the first floor. There is plenty of parking, which is always a plus. I love the ambience and aesthetic of the place. It is a small restaurant, so be prepared to wait or join their waitlist. It’s also kid-friendly, which made our visit even better. The staff is friendly, service is good and the restaurant is cashless with the service fee already included no need to tip. They offer beer, sake, and wine. The menu is simple, and everything we tried was amazing. I ordered the small chicken bowl for my little ones, and they loved it. For dessert, they offer two options: green tea mochi or cheesecake. We recommend the green tea mochi comes with two mochi. Pricing is reasonable, and overall this spot is definitely worth visiting!
